Looking for an empowering and exciting after school activity? Our After School Fashion Sewing program for kids, age 8 through 16, is an ongoing class for beginner to intermediate stitchers. Sign up for just one class, or sign up for a bunch of classes to learn new projects and techniques. Each students works on a project of their choosing, and at their own pace. This is a great ongoing opportunity for learning practical and fun sewing skills!

No limits to your creative mind at Ricochet.
We will teach and help you! Ricochet has our own line of upcycled* clothing . We like rescuing non-wearable clothes or vintage fabrics. Our Wearable Art Academy is a great studio to meet new fashionistas and having fun.Our classes are focused on sewing projects that children will love to wear as well as craft projects. Children choose their own projects. Sewing their own Wearable Art will provide an opportunity for students to express their creativity and learn to realise fashionable and eco-friendly clothing or accessories.
The results are attractive, eye-catching, one-of-a-kind and bound to evoke compliments. Projects could be : skirt, top, nightshirt, shorts, pants, bag, purse, softies and much more or why not for this fall season the perfect unique Halloween costume, unique backpack or accessory for school. * Upcycle is the process of converting waste materials or useless products into new material or products of better quality or a higher environmental value. |

Our classes are different from most venues in these ways:
- We have small class sizes, maximum 6 students per class
- Each student works on projects of their choosing.
- Everyone works at their own pace
- Every student receives individual instruction
- We customize our teaching style to our students’ needs.
- You will learn a lot about your machine and all of the features it offers, and learn how to fix minor wrong doings…
